patch: v1.7.1 -> v1.8.2

Version 1.8.2 of rdesktop was recently released. Last year, 1.8 was released
which brought support for NLA (Network Level Authentication) as is required by
default for newer versions of Windows. This port hasn't been updated since
1.7.1 two years ago.

Bring this port up to date. While doing so, add option for SmartCard
authentication support (new feature in 1.8) and improve sound options handling.
Added one new keymap to plist.

All options combinations have been build tested on 10-STABLE.
