patch to the port

Update ibus-pinyin to 1.5.0, and remove NO_STAGE.
Part of its functionality is moved to a new port, chinese/pyzy. That is
submitted in PR 187797, so please commit that new port before committing this
one.
Use compiler:c++11-libs instead of compiler:c++0x. compiler:c++0x is broken on
FreeBSD 8/9, because they have a c++0x compiler, but not c++0x standard libs.
