Committed, thanks.

I changed two things:

GNU_CONFIGURE=  y

to yes and:

USE_LDCONFIG=   y

causes:

# make install
===>  Installing for cpptest-1.1.2
===>  Checking if devel/cpptest already installed
===>   Registering installation for cpptest-1.1.2
ldconfig: warning: y: No such file or directory

so I fixed this.
