games/tome4 1.2.2 -> 1.2.3

Please update games/tome4 to 1.2.3.

This includes Mindslayer rebalancing and a multitude of bugfixes.
Saved games from 1.2.2 should be compatible.

Port change: dynamically set PORTVERSION in pkg-plist for files that have it in
the filename. This should make future diffs shorter.
