ports/179003: Port net-mgmt/nagios has lost dependency(textproc/php5-xml)

 From what I can see, main.php is the only file that references the XML 
 library through its use of the RSS feeds for the Don't Miss.. and Latest 
 News content boxes.  Unhappy that the port relies on PHP to begin with, I 
 am thinking that making this an optional extra may be beneficial.
 
 I am looking at the net-mgmt/nagios-devel port too to get it up to the 4.0 
 beta so if it relies on the XML libraries more than 3.5 then I will scrap 
 that idea and add it as a dependency.
 
 Good catch, I suspect that has been broken for a while.
