>Description:
Ports contain "files" directories, some containing filenames with "::" (double-colons) in the name, and these files exist on FAT partitions. This is a problem for people that have limited diskspace, and would like to keep ports on other partitions, sometimes FAT partitions (such as SDHC cards, or others).
>How-To-Repeat:
Try to copy or create a filename with "::" in the filename to or on a FAT32 partition. It will result in an error. Filenames should be choses that are more portable.
>Fix:
Stop creating filenames with colons in them.
