Create a new MySQL55-server port which uses the OpenSSL product instead of the yassl product for SSL support. Contrary to some opinions, OpenSSL is not deprecated. This new port would be named appropriately (such as "mysql55-server-openssl"). This will then provide a continuing mysql series that uses the wildely popular and well known OpenSSL product.
