The patch file failed. Note that the current port's Makefile
PORTREVISION is the Makefile used by you to generate the patch does
not. You changed the @dirrmtry to @dirrm for postgresql directories
and this is wrong, because the removal of his port may not affect
files postgresql. Your port has a bump of lib, in which case you need
to pass a patch from all other ports that depend on postgis and test
them to see if all will work after the bump lib.
