Both the charybdis and ircd-ratbox ports provide files such as /usr/local/bin/ircd and /usr/local/lib/libratbox.so among other files and they conflict with no warnings.

install both charybdis and ircd-ratbox from ports, note that the second install overwrites many files of the first.
