ports/166333: security/maia fails

Hi Justin,

	Taking a peek around for this issue, it seems other ports are, for
whatever reason, having similar issues. One person suggests that it is
possibly the user's shell's umask settings. Take a look at this post
(URL below) I found and see if it helps. If so, it would be great to
have confirmation in case this issue comes up again in the future.
