ports/166333: security/maia fails

I ran make clean instantly but it didn't change anything. There are no
other tarballs in distfiles for maia. There are two errors -
1. Source size is bigger than expected (minor, NO_CHECKSUM=yes works)
2. make can't find configtest.pl (file is already there).
