If anyone it would be bugmeister@, but I'm just saying if you choose to
act on a specific pr and its timed out, then you can close it.   Sending
it back to ports@ just sets it up to be orphaned.

If its just sitting there, you can just leave unless you take an
interest in it and someone will get to it eventually.
