Version 1.6 includes the following corrections:
pcpustat.c:
Avoid using undefined behavior for int decrement to insure that forever really does mean forever.
fix signed/unsigned errors
Makefile:
Respect CFLAGS in the makefile
Reduce duplication by using ${NAME}
make always rebuilt pcpustat. Added appropriate target.
