This PR is confusing.

First, there is no p5-Crypt-DH-GMP in security/ .  There's
net/p5-Crypt-DH-GMP and security/p5-Crypt-DH.

Second, in the repository, net/p5-Crypt-DH-GMP is already at 0.00010:
