You seem to be doing something wrong. 9.0-RELEASE includes ATA_CAM by
default so you don't need atapicam. Also make sure that the ports are
actually compiled on 9.0-RELEASE. There was an ABI breakage in libcam
rather late in the release cycle which could lead to even the shipped
packages to not include binaries that actually work on 9.0-RELEASE.
