ports/173558: conflicting hdf5 when first installing graphics/openimageio and then graphics/vigra

 A quick test shows graphics/openimageio works with either version of 
 hdf5 so I am ok with changing that dependency.
 
 Looking at the info on freshports.org it appears that science/hdf5 only 
 has 4 other ports still using it. It may be worth seeing if these last 
 four can use the newer version as well leaving the older hdf5 able to be 
 removed.
