 Patch looks good to me.  It applies from inside pidgin-sipe/.
 
 I gave it a whirl on my 8.2 amd64, with the ocs2005 timeout hack
 enabled, and ran into no problems.
 
 I wholeheartedly approve this update to pidgin-sipe 1.13.1, and thank
 Golyashov Sergey for yet another great contribution to this port!
