 Hi,
 
 I meant to specify the port synopsis as "update port: audio/libmp3splt", not "update port and fix build: audio/libmp3splt".
 
 I copy-pasted from my previous PR and that ended up there, unintentionally.
 
 It seems that the discrepancy between the Synopsis and Subject has not caused any problems for GNATS, however.
 
 Sorry about any confusion caused by my error!
