>Description:
Project is discontinued and broken because of the weather-provider (weather.com).

>From offsite (http://developer.berlios.de/forum/forum.php?forum_id=33225):
"""
Hi all,
I will be discontinuing weatherget due to new partner ID and license agreements imposed by weather.com as well as a general lack of time: http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=15977&group_id=7174
Sorry for any inconveniences.
"""

And from bug-report (http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=15977&group_id=7174):

"""
Unfortunately weather.com has decided to attach a partner ID and license key along with its xoap queries and so weatherget will require it to. The problem is not so much the terms of the agreement but the fact that this is open source and anyone could easily use my keys and violate the terms of agreement which can easily be linked back to me.
For this reason and the fact I have limited time to work on this project anymore, I will be discontinuing weatherget.
"""

There is solution in aforementioned bug-report, that require to manually register weather.com account and patch corresponding code, so MAY BE (i didn't checked that) it will work and we can warn user via pkg-message that he should do this, but by default this port is noop, so i prefer to deprecate it.
