It's only minor problem, however it can unnecessary prolong
updates for some.
I'm not sure portmaster should look for packages in (non existent)

at this time.
http://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-9-current/
is still most appropriate imho.
