Here is patch for this two ports:
- x11-toolkits/py-wxPython28
- x11-toolkits/py-wxPython28-common

changes:
- update to latest stable version (2.8.12.1)
- store distfile in distfiles/python
- remove stale patch (patch-wxpython-fedora11)

Hope this patch will find it's way to 9.0R DVD. It should be placed to /usr/ports/x11-toolkits. Then patch -p0 < py-wxPython-2.8.12.1.diff.txt
