A set of NIST core maths libraries, CMLIB.
Most (if not all) are in Fortran77. Despite
the age, these are very good quality,
some are written by legendary people, e.g.
William Kahan.

I decided to remove all routines, which
are available via existing ports, e.g.
math/lapack, math/linpack, etc.

I also removed routines available
via math/slatec, yet to be comitted:

Perhaps this is not a good idea, and
you prefer to have a default CMLIB
installation, even though this will
create multiple copies of many
libraries?
