ports/153544: [patch] remove NO_SIZE from ports which don't need it

Dear maintainer of mail/usendmail and sysutils/uschedule,

is it OK to remove the NO_SIZE lines from your port Makefiles as suggested by
Eitan Adler in the PR <http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=153544>)?

Please reply with approval or disapproval as a followup to the problem report.
