ports/153735: multimedia/vlc: install error: `Permission denied' for non-root

Changing pre-install to pre-su-install is insufficient to allow non-root to
build/install. There is a permissions problem which prevents the removal of
${FAKEDIR} after all is said and done.

If I find time, I will take a stab at it, since this has bugged me for quite
some time and it's been a while since I peeked at it last.
