ports/155166: update deskutils/org-mode.el to 7.4

Two issues:
This patch was against Makefile v1.5, current cvs makefile is 1.6. and for the life of me, I can't get this to apply.
Rejects everything, even though this is a very nice patch
Second issue: this is an unmaintained port.
If you want to maintain  the port, you will get your pr's committed faster.

Can you see get me a patch that will apply against current cvs ports tree?
I'll get it committed right after you do.
