ports/159728: sysutils/htop-0.9.0_1 is broken (does not show processes / missing info / wrong memory)

 Tried htop-0.9.0_1 in a FreeBSD VM (i386/8.2-p2). It worked but I get the
 strange memory values there too - just as on the other system after 20 sec
 the values are correct. Still have not made any progress on the original
 problem.
