x11-wm/scrotwm is out of date, a new version has been released.

Attached patch updates scrotwm to the lastest version, which includes changes to bring back the old tiling behaviour, with floting windows on top, the posibility to select stack mode when scrotwm is started, posibility to pass arguments to autorun applications and assorted small changes.
