	1.7.x branch of Codeigniter development.  www/codeigniter-devel
	tracks the active 2.0.x branch.  I want to do this repocopy first,
	then a second one to change www/codeigniter-devel to
	www/codeigniter.  I'll submit a separate PR once this one is closed.
