>Description:
When I install a fresh www/instiki, I am told to go to http://localhost:2500
to configure. When I do, I get the following.

[adamw at apnoea ~]$ telnet localhost 2500
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.

Connection closed by foreign host.

I get this problem on every box I test it on. I don't know if this is
FreeBSD-specific or not, or whether it works if you already have instiki
installed and configured.
