Drop maintainership and remove my website as a MASTER_SITE -- my last
Athlon powered machine has expired, so I have no further use for this
software.
Given that the Athlon/Duron machines this software works with were
current in about 2002/2003 I doubt that there is much point in
retaining this port at all nowadays. I have no good way to tell if
anyone is really using it, except to note that fvcool related hits on
my website are way down in the noise.
