Install document package and then upgrade the port.
>Fix:
I'm not going to install the document package again, but for other unsuspecting users it would maybe be useful with some kind of warning about this unexpected port bloat because of a relatively harmless package that seemingly contains just text files. The best in my opinion would be to "unportify" the document package, but that is probably not an option since the decision to make it a package has been made.
