FreeBSD bsdserver01.math.nagoya-u.ac.jp 7.2-STABLE FreeBSD 7.2-STABLE #6: Thu Aug 13 16:40:33 JST 2009 root at bsdserver01.math.nagoya-u.ac.jp:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/20090203 amd64
>Description:
Ports graphics/png is updated to Version 1.4,
png_chdck_sig function is deleted.
However, many ports collections (eg. emacs, japanese-ptex) use
this function.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install png-1.4,1_1 and emacs, then,
emacs can not compile.
>Fix:
Create a patch for png-1.4,1_1 to append
#define png_check_sig(A,B) (!(png_sig_cmp((A),0,(B))))
in the last line of include/libpng/png.h
