ports/145076: I could not build port named pwlib ( [FreeBSD] / ports / devel / pwlib)

 I proposed a way to fix. There has been a misunderstanding. The "Errata Cor=
 rige" that I submitted was to state that the problem is _similar_ not _same=
 _ as the one in the forum. I did not want to close the PR.=20

 BTW A __temporary fix__ would be to open vidinput_v4l2.cxx located somewher=
 e in a subdirectory of /usr/ports/devel/pwlib/work and change '__u32' into =
 'uint32_t' for 2 times in that file.

 Can this PR be submitted to the maintainer ?
