I do not approve this patch as I believe it to not be necessary (also, it
has a few mistakes, probably made by bad search/replace operation).
In case of this port, rsync should basically behave like cp(1) and not
use -p option as suggested in the patch.
The real problem lies in rsync and some recent change to the ZFS file
system, as stated in the following thread on freebsd-fs mailing list:

So, I'm guessing that it would be best to submit a separate bug report
against rsync in order to properly fix the problem.
