>Description:
The version of gettext was recently bumped, see 20100530 in UPDATING.

After upgrading gettext and all dependencies (portmaster -BCHKtD --no-confirm -r gettext), all programs that depend on librsvg2 seem to be broken; for example fvwm built with SVG support, urxvt, and all gtk20 dependent apps.
>How-To-Repeat:
Compile graphics/librsvg2 with NLS enabled, against a version of devel/gettext from before the 201000530 bump. Then upgrade devel/gettext to the current version.
>Fix:
PORTVERSION bump of graphics/librsvg2
