When built with NLS, gawk depends on gettext. However it wasn't upgraded during a recent portmaster upgrade of gettext and dependencies!

This is a bit more serious since configure scripts can pop corks over gawk screeching about a missing libintl.so.8

build lang/gawk with NLS with a version of devel/gettext from before the 20100530 bumps; then upgrade devel/gettext and run gawk.
