ports/148679: [MAINTAINER] databases/sqlite-ext-inet: Changed the mechanism of distribution.

 Hello.
Please remove the port "databases/sqlite-ext-inet" from the ports.
Instead, i proposed a new port:
"http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=149053".
