Maintainer update of net-im/ttytter to 0.9.11.

Changes in thisversion:

* Warn the user if a notification framework was selected but no notifies were requested. This might be useful for an extension to dynamically control, so it is not a fatal error.
* Another try at properly handling GeoAPI information (thanks @chfrank_cgn).
* Author breaks 50,000 tweets. A loud sobbing noise can be heard from Twitter corporate headquarters throughout most of the Bay Area.
