>Description:
security/gnupg/ includes utmp.h but doesn't really use it. As a result,
the recent utmpx code breaks gnupg on 9.0-CURRENT.
>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:

fixes the build on CURRENT (but I've only tested on CURRENT, older branches
may want an exception).
