FreeBSD pkunk.3501.lan 8.0-RELEASE-p2 FreeBSD 8.0-RELEASE-p2 #0: Mon Jan 11 09:31:55 EET 2010     arcade at pkunk.3501.lan:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MINIMAL_8  amd64
>Description:
Recent textproc/wv upgrades makes it impossible to build tracker-client:

Despite wv is installed port fails to detect that:

===> tracker-client-0.6.95_2 depends on shared library: wv-1.2.3 - not found
===>    Verifying install for wv-1.2.3 in /usr/ports/textproc/wv
===>  Extracting for wv-1.2.7

The session ends with:

===> Checking if textproc/wv already installed
===>   wv-1.2.7 is already installed
      You may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install this port again
      by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
      If you really wish to overwrite the old port of textproc/wv
      without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
      in your environment or the "make install" command line.
*** Error code 1
>How-To-Repeat:
Trying to build a port triggers the problem for me.
>Fix:
Depend on wv version 1.2 instead of 1.2.3. This makes port detect wv correctly and build with it.
