Hi Rob!

Does help browser work for you? It never did for me in Scilab 5, I always get:

Startup execution:
  loading initial environment
  !--error 10000 
help: help file(.jar) is not installed.
at line      42 of function help called by :  
help();
while executing a callback

It seems that help file was not generated or installed.

I'll commit the update anyway, thanks for working on it!
