 Breaks backwards compatibility and thus the two ports (lang/pike78 and
 sysutils/rdup) that depend on this one.
 
 I've contacted the maintainer of lang/pike78 and asked him to let me
 know when the upstream authors update it to use this new version of
 nettle.
 
 I maintain sysutils/rdup and have contacted its author myself.
