ports/145457: emulators/virtualbox-ose: VBoxManage doesn't work

Hi,
I have the same problem with virtualbox-ose-3.1.6_2 on FreeBSD 7.2.
I tryed to apply patch from here
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=145457 with no result.
What can I do to fix problem?
# portversion -v virtualbox-ose
virtualbox-ose-3.1.6_2      =  up-to-date with port
