Sorry, I didn't notice that older PR when I created this one, but this
is not a mere duplicate. 139861 just upgrades the app, but this port is
not in good condition since the input pad doesn't start from the
command line or menu. My PR fixes that; I also introduced
documentation, cleaned up the port, added desktop entry, and offered
maintainership.

So please consider accepting this one instead.
