Since p5-XML-LibXML-Common had been merged into p5-XML-LibXML from version 1.70 in upstream, we should remove it after p5-XML-LibXML update to 1.70.

There is only one ports depends on p5-XML-LibXML-Common directly: p5-XML-GDOME and it could be build well with p5-XML-LibXML.
