	All ports depending on the nettle library have been updated to use nettle 2.0, and there is
	no longer any reason to keep separate ports for nettle versions 1.x and 2.x.   

	A separate PR is being submitted to update security/nettle to version 2.0, and that port will 
	be used for ongoing maintenance.
