 Ups.... it seams there was something other then that....
 A while ago I modified my make.conf and added (from some site):
 
 MASTER_SITE_OVERRIDE=3Dftp://ftp.lv.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles/${DIS=
 T_SUBDIR}/ \
         ${MASTER_SITES:S/%SUBDIR%/${MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR}/}
 
 for some reason this trigered problem un unzip port....
