 Darned if I can figure it out, but I must have been wrong somewhere.
 
 with perl 5.8.9, and a make deinstall package, it made and copied in all 
 the man files.  didn't before, but does now.
 
 carlos: if after you upgrade to perl 5.8.9, run the perl-after-upgrade 
 -f and make deinstall package again, if it fails, report it again.
