	The original website hosting the ogg2mp3 script is no longer existent. The author of ogg2mp3 didn't respond to requests for an alternative download site.

	- Remove references to the no longer existing website
	- WSX stepped in and provided a distfile file mirror. Change MASTER_SITES accordingly
