 Sorry for the noise.
 
 I apparently have had one of my little moments and I now realize why
 the package is failing -- it is a MS .zip file containing .exe files.
 
 If I am able to find another source package for this (and a correct
 one at that), I will submit a new patch.  This PR can be closed due to
 an obvious submitter burnout.
